Coaching for Soulful Transitions
Explore your soul’s work.
You live, you live, you die. In the meantime, we’re here to help you navigate transitions and reach your goals in the beautiful space before that last period. Whatever form of change you’re yearning or striving for—whether you know the specifics or simply know that change is needed, whether this knowing shows up as fear, excitement, or confusion—we, the coaches at Seattle Coaching Collective, believe that you…you know precisely what you need and how to get it. Our specialty is eliciting from deep within you your truest yearnings, and drawing out from you the clearest path to meet them. We energetically accompany you along this path by providing structured support and tools to keep you moving forward, even just in baby steps. You will recognize it when you’ve made it, and we know for a fact that you’re closer than it may appear.
Our methods and contributions:
You are the leader in this process. We’re here to provide structure and guidance through tried and true methods and ideologies.
Your coach will provide a supportive, judgment-free environment in which you two may establish a foundational coaching relationship of integrity, trust, and authenticity.
Your coach will step into your perspective to provide personalized help and communication to speak not just to your mind, but to your body and spirit as well.
Your coach will act as an experienced sounding board as you voice your needs, desires, fears, and goals; will help you organize, recognize, and clarify your possibilities and resources; and will help you map out concrete steps and timelines for achieving your goals.
Your coach will act as your accountability partner as you move forward with your plan of action.
Your coach will provide in-session tools such as meditation, visualization, and breath exercises, and out-of-session assignments such as readings, podcasts, and other resources in the interest of forward momentum and to help navigate the intricacies and difficulty of the process of life change.
Your coach will utilize methods such as non-violent communication, the Internal Family Systems Model, the GROW Model, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming to bring your goals closer.
Your contributions:
Change is rarely easy or comfortable and it takes a big amount of emotional and mental space to pursue, but if you’re here with us and willing to simply begin, you’re ready for the challenge and its rewards.
Stay open to change, even when it’s scary.
Be open and curious about the process, even when it’s uncomfortable.
Each session and exercise is a step down your path, but sometimes the steps will be small enough that the finish line may not appear to be getting any closer. Trust that you’re making progress even in these moments, and keep moving forward.
Be open to trying new things, be ready to embrace the possibility of “failure,” then be willing to try another new thing again.
Be open to self-awareness.
Be open to and prepared for periods of emotional discomfort.
Have the ability to dedicate an average of 3 hours weekly (including coaching sessions) to the process.
