Hasna Atry
As a coach and co-founder at Seattle Coaching Collective specializing in life transitions, Hasna provides her clients a combination of raw and sincere emotional support, and structured, personalized tools to help them reach their goals and establish spiritual equilibrium. Spiritual growth sits at the heart of her holistic coaching for those seeking personal development, clarity, and positive transformation.
“I've found over many years that the body and spirit often hold answers that the logical brain will go around in circles forever looking for. My goal in all of my work is to help people recognize and learn the language of the truths living in their bodies and souls, and to use that knowledge to guide them past fear and into expansion.”
Stepping into spaces of discomfort and need comes easily to Hasna and has served her well in her work. She has served in the Peace Corps supporting community health in West Africa, savored 10 years of working directly with Seattle's homeless women, and, as a highly effective yoga teacher since 2009, brought the practice of yoga and meditation to male inmates in federal prison and county jail through Yoga Behind Bars. During her 10 year tenure as founder and co-owner of WASUP Yoga, a thriving SUP yoga business, she guided well-loved yoga classes and teacher trainings on stand-up paddle boards in the Puget Sound.
Hasna currently lives with Aloha in Honolulu, Hawaii where she utilizes the serenity of island nature in her in-person coaching practice, hosting connected sessions in lush parkland at the foot of Lē‘ahi, a sacred site and historic volcanic crater. She continues happily conducting virtual sessions with her Pacific Northwest clients as an active and grateful member of the Seattle Coaching Collective. Whether you are in Seattle, Honolulu, or Timbuktu, Hasna would love to hear from you.
