Ideal for a challenge that is clear, and needs focused support and accountability to drive results. For example, you've been continually promoted. You are now a senior manager to peers you started working with over a decade ago, and colleagues who have been with the organization longer than you. You love your job, and the tasks are no problem, but you are wanting to feel more ease and confidence in your leadership.
Typically this program includes:
- An in-depth assessment that may include input from others (surveys and performance reviews) and developmental assessment tools
- Objectives that target the specific capacities needed to achieve the results you most want
- Individually tailored practices to address your special flavor of limiting behaviors, and desired results
- Six 75 minute sessions, spread over two to three months
- Reflection, accountability and support between sessions
Embody
Ideal for a deeply rooted challenge without a clear pathway to the next level. For example, you deliver results, but you drive over everyone in your path to get there. You long for a leadership style that prioritizes interpersonal relationships along with project goals. It doesn't feel good to steamroll people and you know it would be better for your results, your mission and your organizational culture if you could be more inclusive and collaborative - but you have no idea how to take on this kind of behavior change.

- An intake process that will allow you to compassionately embrace the ways of being that are limiting your potential and courageously claim the capacities you most want to embody
- An in-depth assessment that may include input from others (surveys and performance reviews) and developmental assessment tools
- Objectives that target the specific competencies needed to transform your impact
- Individually tailored practice, reflection and ongoing assessment
- Twelve 75 minute sessions, spread over six to seven months
- Regular communication, accountability and support between sessions
