Meghann McNiff
Meghann is an Integral Professional Coach™ and a Professional Certified Coach™. As her client, you will experience that Meghann gets it. She will listen you into clarity and offer reflections that leave you feeling deeply seen and heard— both for where you are now, and where you want to go. Her structured approach will offer a clear path to compassionately embrace what is, while skillfully living into what is possible.
She brings 20 years of experience leading teams and facilitating groups, in diverse settings and with a wide range of populations — from fighter pilots in the U.S Air Force to midwives in Afghanistan, engineers in the National Security Agency and community health workers in rural Malawi.
Meghann is a graduate of the Air Force Academy and started her career as an organizational development specialist in the U.S. Air Force. She later spent a decade in Afghanistan and Anglophone Africa as a management consultant in global health. She holds a Master of Arts in Critical and Creative Thinking, and a Master of Public Health in International, Maternal and Child Health. Integrating her professional experience in leadership and management with her personal practices of yoga and meditation—she offers an embodied, practical and good-humored approach.
In addition to her professional passions, Meghann has a great love of the written word, pickle ball, the Irish language and culture, raucous laughter, and exploring the backcountry with her family. She currently lives with her family in Snoqualmie, WA.
